broke down and called at 1530.. couple of calls assuring me that they are on their way... last stated 2130, I thought that meant time, not the year. locals are bringing food parcels. it's time this disgrace of a breakdown service was closed. I urge you not to take out cover, renew, or take as part of insurance. insist you won't use them. only way to change is to go elsewhere.
