My fuel tank leaked at a fuel station. Fire service were called and couldn’t leave the vehicle until the rac arrived to remove it. Was told I would have to wait 4 hours - the fire service had to wait until the vehicle was finally removed 6 hours later. The removal vehicle was a contractor who said he was meeting another contractor for handover at m1 south services. He left the vehicle at the services with the key in the car unlocked and a note in the passenger seat - there was no handover.
