Hello, my driving belt broke yesterday near Colchester in Essex. Scott, the RAC representative, together with his trainee were excellent. They immediately diagnosed the problem, enabled me to get to the garage and facilitated a speedy repair. Many thanks, Scott & colleague for being so brilliant.
