lone female, mis-fuelled, forced to pay upfront £225, found out RAC took cut of £100 to refer case to elsewhere. took 6 hours for call out, car could not be towed and I had to push car. Disgusted. Will not be renewing after 18 years loyalty.
Shocking service by RAC who don't have a direct line to the Complaints Team.
