I have just cancelled my RAC family membership after many years.
Last month they left my son stranded for 6 hours and when the police said they would have to use their own recovery vehicle at a cost of £150 to make the road safe the RAC refused to refund him.
Shocking service, they really have gone downhill. It's the AA for me now.
