Wife's car broke down last night, called RAC who advised 2-3 hour wait. Luckily I was able to take her home in my car. Got to midnight, the 3 hours was up. Called back and said to the advisor that I read reviews stating that many people had waited closer to 8 hours and she agreed and told me that its a standard phone call response to say 2-3 hours. They simply dont have enough engineers.
Needless to say we arranged for a patrol man to meet with us at 8am today....hmmm lets see?!
