My son's car broke down because as he was carefully driving through some floodwater in a queue of traffic a person going the other way far too fast, sprayed water all over his car and it stopped, yes we have the dashcam footage. All the other cars got through successfully.
He rang the RAC and was told that as it was floodwater he wasn't covered!
We pay £240 a year for membership and this is a total disgrace.
Never again RAC shall I waste money on membership of your pathetic organisation.
