The worst customer service I have ever encountered. They have trained monkeys to do better job.
- Staff are unprofessional and take no responsibility keep passing it back and forth between members. Have a very poor level of communication, arrogant beyond all compare. Ive dealt with many companies in the past and this has to be one of the worse.
Happy to take your money to get someone out - they take advantage of vulnerable situation
Save your money and your time and go elsewhere.
