These people are a joke with a catch phrase of there being a waiting time of 1.5hrs or sometimes they jazz It up by saying 90mins as if that is some improvement. Alas this is a lie which they keep repeating. After numerous calls to their (help!)desk including one lasting 45mins which resulted in nothing constructive with the operator saying they needed to terminate the call as they had to answer other breakdown calls... no doubt to tell them it'll be 1.5hours wait !
One call was to tell them my phone battery was v.low and needed to give them an alternative number from my passenger. They ignored this vital communication change.
For me it was 5.5hours before RAC responded, it was also by then 2.30am
