Having been a member of the RAC for a number of years, I find my wife and I today 20th January 2020 waiting for the RAC and have been told to expect them between 14:30 & 15:30, we phone them at 10:58!
Its 4°c outside and we are OAPs with no heating in the car and its freezing, we are not happy with the RAC service and we do not even know if they can fix the fault roadside, if not even more of a wait! I will not be renewing my membership and I could not recommend them to anyone!!!!
