Saturday the 18th of January, my car had a slight problem, with my RAC policy I contacted the call centre to report my concern. However I received a call approximately 10 minutes later from RAC’s mechanic Gordon. He was very professional and checked my car thoroughly and I was impressed by his knowledge and understanding of my vehicle, from this he told me the problem with my vehicle and reassured me that my vehicle had no other major problem. I appreciate the help, patience and time.
