Does anyone else ever get an email that can't be opened just before the renewal date ? Let it go the first year and renewed automatically.
But the same happened this year aswell tried to phone them up but had no joy.
Just cancelled direct debit in the end.
As an afterthought the email they send you after you auto renew opens no problem.
A bit of a scam easily dealt with
