Beyond joke , completely clueless people work on the phone and very slow response when you need them give impression that they doing a favour on you instead of bloody paid service. Been 3 Hours still waiting near a motorway and was told I will be a priority 😡. After several calls someone telling me another recovery will come in next hour.
Absolute joke of a company and deceiving.
