2 Occasions they let me down. One time on a motorway, whereupon the Highways agency lifted us to a service station and waited 2 hours for a no show. Secondly, a no show after drained battery and luckily a model citizen gave me some jump leads.
Trust is earned and RAC are beyond a joke.
