6 hours still waiting. ..my opinion of aRAC has diminished. Appalling service waiting on telephone abrupt call handlers but women not so aggressive apologetic. One driver smelt of alcohol and was rude so I called another . Their service has worsened for the last 3 occasions and I've been a member 15 years hardly used them but am going to AA now.
