6 hours ago i phoned and still no mechanic. I've been paying for this for years, over £20- a month and can't remember the last time i used them. I had a call over an hour ago from their special intervention team and they assured me that he would be with me in 34 minutes. He's just phoned to say that he's an hour away so she lied to me before?!
I will definitely be cancelling and changing to another breakdown provider! If i could give zero stars i would!
