Renault is the worst company to deal with. My car MH12RY0726 Duster has been lying with them for now 3 months with PPS Motors Wagholi, Pune. I don’t have a date of delivery yet. Despite numerous social media posts, emails, calls to them, all in vain and I haven’t been told as to when will I get my car. Sometimes they don’t have parts, and then later they figured out some more parts are required etc. They don’t even have customer empathy to respond. Whole organisation is useless in Customer service and handling. Never buy a Renault car
