I have ordered a number of pairs of shoes. They arrived in 4 different parcels. When I wanted to return, I was unable to send just one parcel, I had to pay for postage x 4 to send to four different locations. Really messy arrangement, customer service takes a week to respond with a dismissive message, with absolutely no interest in resolving your issue. Companies like these should not be allowed to trade.
