Secret Sales is a trading name of LRG online Ltd from whom I purchased a pair of Jack and Jones chinos – they turned out to be utter rubbish quality but the real issue was the fact that they were described as 32” waist but in fact measured 34”. To be fair this was not the fault of Secret Sales but their handling of the problem was nothing short of a disgrace. I had to jump through hoops to extract a prepaid return label from them and two weeks after they received the item back from me I still had no refund, and emailing them proved to be a complete waste of time. Fortunately I had paid using PayPal through which I was able to raise a dispute and after six weeks of failed requests to Secret Sales PayPal gave me a refund. Despite their many faults PayPal came through for me on this occasion so thanks to them. As for Secret Sale, I’d like to think this was due to inefficient customer care but I believe it to be deliberate because the company is dishonest and untrustworthy.
