I’ve always had a positive experience and loved everything I bought. I bought some boots that don’t suit me so returned the on Dec 18th. They received on Dec 22nd. I have been chasing them but they don’t reply. It’s been nearly 2 weeks and I want my refund now. I’m sick of waiting and after reading these reviews I’m quite concerned
