I would give zero stars but that is not possible. Ordered a pair of UGG boots costing £50.10 with P&P 18/12/22 and I've never received them! Been chasing them ever since but their customer service is shocking! I've tried the chat and been cut off several times then had an email to say Customer Services would be in touch....still waiting and I've chased them up numerous times by both chat and email. Awful service and will never order from them again. Cannot understand why Trustpilot shows them as 4* and will be challenging this!
