Returning items is a pain. The live chat is not live and it takes around 40 mins for anyone to respond to you.
Arranging a return on their website is a nuisance, Ive spoken and emailed so many times about the technical issues that customers face. The screen just goes blank on selecting an item to return and it doesnt work. The only woek around the Secret Sales person said was to send it back to them and then they would refund anything over the cost of £3.50.
