Ordered Toms boots and a Conka handbag. Lovely boots but far too small and the bag is awful quality and looks cheap (unlike other Conka bags I've bought elsewhere) Been trying to return since Christmas ! Returns portal DOES NOT WORK sent emails ,tried phone number,which doesn't work and I'm stuck with £88.99 worth of stuff which is no good to me ! I never had these problems before and have bought many things over the years so clearly something's changed ? And as usual it's always at the cost of the poor consumer. I'm so frustrated 🥴 and annoyed and will NOT be purchasing from here again.
