I've purchased shoes from their website last month, but were not the quality I expected them to be (they seemed completely different to the converse I would normally buy locally). I've returned them on 26th of January, using their EVRI QR code, yet I still have not received my refund, it's been over 2 weeks! This is outrageous. Not only that they've kept the delivery cost, they also then charged me for creating a return label (I've never dealt with company who would do such thing), and now my refund is taking over 2 weeks! Stay away from that company, my money has been STOLEN.
