I order three bags for Christmas presents. Only was delivered. I contacted secret sales on several occasions to be fobbed off with a ticket number. I had so many ticket numbers in the end I didn’t know what was what. I got reimbursed by palpal in the end. I will never order from this dodgy company again. They are cowboys. This is the second time this happened to me. They need to be looked into ASAP...
