Ordered and paid for 4 items on 01/02/20. On 15/02/20 received an email stating that all items are delayed but would be dispatched by 29/02 and with me by 03/03. Still not received on 05/03 so tried calling but call centre is closed (? on a week day, during office hours!). Website advises to use web chat but this is not available either, also says can email and will get a response within 24 hours. I therefore sent an email as this is the only way I can contact them and got an automated response saying it can take 20 days to get a response! Absolutely no good to me as I needed the items for this weekend- what’s going on Secret Sales? !!!
