I ordered a bag as a gift for someone, chose to do the 4 easy pay option bag never arrived, so I cancelled future payments, I’ve just had a reminder about my second payment, so told them you’ve had the first payment and your not getting anymore, not paying for something I never received, oh and if I don’t make second payment I’ll incur a de fault charge. Why would I pay for something I never received. I’m already out of pocket for the first payment.
