I ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses and sent one pair back. The return was signed for on the 4th August 2020 and I am still waiting for my £160.00 refund! No phone is answered and no email response. I have gone through a company called Resolver, free of charge company that can hopefully get my money back.....pure robbery Secret Sales would never recommend!!
