I ordered clothes from size, they didn't fit so I sent them back with there own courier Hermes.
Hermes sent me a confirmation order to say they had my order.
After waiting a month I didn't have my refund, so I called customer service. Customer service have tried to help me but they have absolutely now power to make the decision to refund me.
Sizes own courier has lost the parcel yet two months and 6 phone calls later I still don't have my £135.00.
This is not customer service, this is a company who presumes all customers are untrustworthy.
