Avoid Size at all costs! Absolutely shocking service. Paid for a premium 2 day delivery service and the trainers didn't turn up. They arrived a day late and when we opened the package the Adidas box was covered in thick yellow oil which seeped inside and destroyed all the tissue paper. These were a gift! The useless customer service assistant said it was the courier company's fault refusing to take immediate responsibility. I asked for a new box to be be sent out which they said it was not possible & that I had to go to the trouble of returning them through a courier service and then waiting a load more time for a new pair to be sent out. I explained they were already late as they were a birthday gift and that I couldn't afford to wait another 5-7 days. I just needed a new box! They refused to let me speak to a manager which is completely outrageous. I didn't pass their 'callback test' apparently. Which other company refuses to let customers speak to a supervisor or manager? They deserve all the appalling reviews they are getting. I will never buy through Size again. Avoid!
