Placed an order and received a confirmation email. Within seconds I received a second email telling me the order had been cancelled followed by a text thanking me for the order and promising another email when it shipped. They ignored the enquiry I sent so I called them. The automated response told me the item was due for delivery in three days but the cocky operator on the phone confirmed it had been cancelled. In the meantime they won’t refund me for a week. Complaints email is a JD Sports address, why am I not surprised that the service is so bad?
