I made an order on the 10th of December. Today it is the 21st of December and it still hasn’t left the warehouse yet. They’re website help service is the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered, letting you only choose 3 options to ask about (even having a fake typing box that you can’t write in). I looked at their Twitter page which is their only other form of help and their messages aren’t even open for the public so I can’t message them.
Worst online service I’ve ever experienced and I can’t even gift my brother his Christmas present in time.
