Customer service is awful.
No email, only a number for UK residents.
I ordered shoes, they arrived and didnt look like the picture so I went to return them..... only to find they never sent me any docket in the parcel.
Went online to try find a way to print a returns label and it says my order number is a number short.
Stay away from their online store. Useless!
