Every time I have been in this shop, the Size in Cambridge, it seems to be run by a bunch of rude people who don’t care about their job, been in a few times where they all seem to just be on their phones. One woman in particular had a horrible attitude. Customer service is very poor. Had a bad experience in that shop probably a year ago and so did a few people i know, swore i would never go back but did today. And you can probably guess how that went. Such bad organisation and awful customer service!
