Completely wrong item sent, return lost, tracked returns system inadequate , even disputed weight on proof of returns , no telephone number , exchange unavailable as went out of stock, take days to reply to emails, whoever replies to emails ( several names on emails) haven’t got a clue , refused to help . Absolutely awful experience
