Ordered a pair of trainers on the 9th of December. It took them 5 days to actually dispatch them. And we are now on the 18th of December and still no sign of them. By the time they actually arrive my sons feet would have grown another size! And I think the delivery man must be on a pushbike for it to take so long. Ordered stuff from footlocker the same day and they arrived back 2 days later. Never again! Wish I'd checked the reviews before ordering with this sham of a company!
