I don't want to give any stars but this is not possible. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes , took too long to pick and despatch so I was sending emails, being told they were very busy. then they sent an email cancelling my order, even though both pairs of shoes were still available on their website (and they still are 1 month later). I actually lost money with the refund because of the exchange rate to Aus$. Don't order from this company
