AVOID THIS COMPANY! I received my order 3 days ago only to discover they sent the wrong item and have yet to take responsibility. I contacted customer service through facebook and unfortunately the solutions to an error not my own have been unsatisfactory, unengaged and repetitious to say the least. Her suggestions were to 1) offer absolutely no solution nor genuine recompense to actually replacing the product I paid for other than say to check online (rather than do it herself), of which I have and there are none left (the conversation abruptly ended on that topic upon been notified of the fact. It's as if they were selling stock they didn't have in the first place) 2) furthermore, have the pleasure of paying for an internet cafe to print the return (not that it's costly but an infuriating option on principle considering their delivery company failed to deliver and had me run across town to pick up what turned out to be a wrong order in the first place), or alternatively, it seemed reasonable to her for me to drop them off in person to their store on the other side of the country 3) call an international number at my expense to speak to customer service (I thought she is customer service??). I have since spoken to another agent, who like the first, have both ignored the development of our conversation by repeating non-solutions, plus failed/refused to connect me to management despite numerous requests. To add insult to injury, they threaten my refund and/or replacement if the shoes aren't returned in 14 days. Absolutely avoid, there are far better companies offering similar deals that you can actually trust.
