Size sent me a pair of worn and dirty shoes, so I asked for a refund. After confirming that they would cover the shipping costs, I sent the product back to Size - it has been over a month, and after endless back and forth with Size, they still have refused to compensate me for the shipping. They say a mysterious "refund team" will contact me, but they have never called the number I provided them, and have given me a phone number to call that is no longer operational.
Size is dishonest and does not care about you once they have your money.
