Absolute joke.
Ordered my shoes in store, quoted 3-5 days, no email notification or tracking info shared. Enquired with customer service. Told I had to trek back into central London to request a refund and then order again. Huge inconvenience to do so. Size's mistake, therefore Size's to rectify
Now not replying to my emails and ignoring me. Absolutely poor service for a loyal & regular customer. I've been pretty patient and understanding. Money missing from my account. Just send me the shoes please.
