My wife ordered a pair of trainers for my birthday. Given a tracking number but they never arrived. Spoke to customer services who told me they were never sent and a pair would sent out right away. Nothing came. Contacted again and said there was a delay in the warehouse but they would be sent out the following day. Again nothing arrived. Contact customer services who informed me that they were now out of stock and the best they could offer me was a 10% discount on something else.
Awful service and I would advise to avoid at all costs
