10 days after promised delivery, still no sign of item. All customer service have repeatedly said for the last week "we need to speak to the DPD driver at the end of his shift", followed by "we need to speak to the DPD driver's Manager, when he has spoken to the driver". Picture shows item left in safe place, but this is not even within the grounds of where it should have been delivered. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with in 32 years of providing print solutions. Didn't even offer refund, but my credit card company are stopping payment. AVOID!!
