I work for a university in London and we ordered some merchandise from Solopress for one of our events. We ordered some abstract books and a banner and the quality was poor on arrival. The banner was pixelated and the book was printed terribly with sections of text cut off and official university logo's printed incorrectly.
There was also a LOT of back and forth over email regarding 'artwork errors'. A very confusing experience overall.
We will not be using this service again.
