Wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered.
At least it'm only out of pocket to the tune of £30, but that's not the point, the item I ordered was time sensitive and they assured me it would be here on time.
Here I am, a week after the deadline has expired, and they still email me every day to say it's been delayed by yet another 24 hours.
At least they're consistent in their shambolic approach.
