I bought some Phillies tickets last night (7/1) using Stubhub. Inadvertently, I signed in as a guest instead of using my Stubhub login. Several hours later the tickets were not showing in my Stubhub account even though an e-mail from Stubhub said they were available for viewing. I called Stubhub for help and spoke with a customer service rep immediately. The rep was very helpful. To say that I am a computer/digitally challenged senior citizen, perhaps illiterate, would be kind. In resolving this issue the rep no doubt had some hairs turn gray, but he remained persistent and focused on helping me. And thankfully the situation eventually was resolved to my satisfaction. Go Phillies!
