“My experience with the AX app that you guys use for tickets is horrible. On this past Thursday, April 9 I did not receive my tickets. I’ve called multiple times and couldn’t get through. You were having technical difficulties at the time I put in a ticket still no response. Finally got hold to a live agent on today, which is Tuesday April 14 and there’s no record of anything so not only did I not get my parking pass I did not get my refund so in other words, I believe the took my money!! please be aware that if they give you an email link that is not your email address. The ticket link will not work and StubHub will not do anything to honor what you paid for.”
