“This has been a horrible experience. I will tell anyone to never use this site. I purchased tickets for my mom’s birthday, she’s turning 75 by the way. I get an email that it’s no longer the original artist that I purchased the tickets for but it’s Kodak Black! I call customer service to find out what’s going on. I’m told that because the original concert was not cancelled but the artist was changed I could not get a refund or any other accommodation. Either we go see Kodak Black or forfeit the tickets. If this is not the worst form of BS. This is a complete SCAM!!!!”
“ORRIBLE! DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM HERE. The day of the event we got an email saying our tickets were ready, we were on our way to the event which was almost two hours away, i was on the phone with them the entire time, they kept telling me they were fixing it, when we were at the door of the venue they told us they don't have the tickets available that the only thing they can offer is a refund. WHY MAKE ME DRIVE ALL THE WAY TO THE VENUE IF YOU CAN'T PROVIDE TICKETS I PURCHASED MONTHS AGO!”
“StubHub has failed me in a SPECTACULAR way. I bought my tickets for Stray Kids Orlando in November of 2024. I bought a very specific section and row in order to near the stage. Two days ago, several months later, they emailed me saying my tickets have been “upgraded.” This “upgrade” meant that I was moved to the VERY TOP and VERY BACK of the stadium. This is in no way an upgrade. When I called and asked about this issue, they assured me that they would find me “comparable tickets.” After two days with no communication from StubHub I finally called back and they informed me that the “upgraded” tickets WERE the comparable tickets and they could do nothing about it. They kept repeating that they were “third party” but refused to give me any information about the original seller which meant any resolutions had to go through them. I repeated that my current physical condition did not allow me to climb to the top of the stadium. They refused to acknowledge this and did not offer any other solutions. They refused to let me speak to any managers or higher ups. They have given me no other explanation as to why the tickets I bought last year are suddenly unavailable to me.
Please avoid StubHub. Do not use this service. They will give you awful seats (which cost a fraction of the small fortune I spent on the originals) and tell you to be grateful that you are in the arena at all.”
“I purchased tickets for an event to be held January 2025. The event was canceled and is not going to be rescheduled. I sent stub hub proof of that and they continue to tell me they have a special department that has to confirm that an event is not going to be rescheduled and I need to be patient. I have talked to six people over the last five months and each person says the same thing like they are reading from a script. So am not giving up until I get our $30 back”
“I bought my first ticket at Studhub, but when I scanned it at the entrance it did not go through. I went to the ticket booth to talk to them and was told “those are fraudulent tickets”. In the end, the exact same seats were sold on site, so I bought those tickets. I called Studhub on the spot, but after 2 weeks, I never heard back or heard from them. They would not give me a refund either.
Is Studhub selling scam tickets? I will never use them again.”
“I am not sure which company was responsible for the ticket prices but the final charge ended up being $20 over the ticket price. I’m accustomed to taxes and certain fees but this is the first time it was a $20 difference. This was frustrating because I arranged a large group and many had agreed to $40 seats but I ended up having to ask them for $60. Many are on budgets so the high surprise fees at the time of purchase was frustrating.”
“Although prices were listed in Canadian dollars, credit card was billed as US prices. When Stubhub was contacted about this, they said that the event is billed on the currency of the country where it is located. I feel prices were falsely advertised. I will never use Stubhub again. Vivid’s Canadian website gives you the final price, with all fees and taxes included.”

When we got there, I could not pull up my tickets (something with my phone service probably). When we were directed to the ticket counter, by using my driver's license they were able to print them out quickly.
I will definitely reserve my tickets this way from now on. Thank you”
