No refund was given. 25% credit for a future purchase with a 1 year expiration was their "courtesy" to resolve the issue. No issues receiving tickets, other than tickets were not correctly advertised.”
“Parking pass didn't arrive in time - so I had to pay for parking , so not only did I have to.pay for another parking I am out the $75 I paid for parking pass that didnt arrive in time I called customer service they were no help what about ur pledge about Fan Protection - that's on ur end that the parking pass didnt arrive on time for me to use i just want my ,$75 credited back to my card. “I ordered a parking pass and was sent a link the day of the show. I received the link about 1:45pm on the day of the show. When I clicked on the link, it said my pass didn't work from the selling vendor. I did speak to customer service and send them a screen shot and they contacted the vendor. CS told me I'd get an email from the vendor before the show. I never got one, so I bought a new parking pass. When I asked you guys for my refund, you said no it was considered a valid sale. It has been sent on to a supervisor and I await the out come.”
