“We were happy to get last minute seats at a Cubs-Reds game in Cincinnati. How frustrating that we had to download a separate app to receive the tickets. How even more frustrating that the tickets we purchased were a different seat selection than the one given to us in the secondary app. The ones in the secondary app were correct, and the mistake was on Stubhub.”
“Book of Mormon should be rated R, it is inappropriate for young children. StubHub stated children under 5 are not allowed. I would say children under 16 should not attend due to a lot of cursing and profanity. Definitely not a children’s show. I was uncomfortable, and I am 50+. I wish I knew, I would not waste my time on this show. I’m sorry but I don’t see how “raping babies” can be funny. Creators made it sound funny, which makes me wonder”
“I was on a road trip and decided to see a baseball ⚾ game. My ticket "purchase" from stubhub was not what I expected. I found the tickets to purchase but when I tried accessing them on GameDay it was frustrating. After standing in-line (side-waiting) and trying different methods I realized I had to download the MLB App to get my Barcode Tickets. WHY?!”
“Transaction went great. Hopefully the tickets to the other event I purchased come through, too. But Stub Hub should prohibit sales above face value + fees.”
“I think the price was decent. Would have been better if StubHub hadn't tacked on another 50% for its fees 🙄. Also I think that sellers need to know it is 2026 and should be able to provide a digital pass so that customers can upload to their digital wallets. I bet there are a lot of customers that don't even have a printer at home anymore because everything is done digitally.... And now I have to worry about printing off a PDF document to use as my parking pass. Not really impressed.”
“Everything was wonderful, the only thing really bothering me was the high prices of the food, water beers.
I like the FIFA help team at the airport, hotels, commuting and at the stadium”
“The alternate seating I had to make was terrible. I had to pay for parking because I did not have an actual ticket. SO I lost money paying for parking with you. At least Barry wasgreat.”

“My original purchased tickets did not work out and had to be disputed. What went wrong I am not sure but after a lengthy process with the automated system a person got involved and was able to resolve our issue and give us upgraded seats to make up for all the initial errors. We were able to make it to the game on time and get in just before it started”
“We got great tickets to the game for a reasonable price, it seems. I was a little disappointed in seeing that I seemed to overpay for parking through StubHub(at the lot the sign said $50, but through stubhub I paid closer to $80 for that lot).”
“Purchased the tickets a couple of weeks before the Journey show, only to find out that the tickets will not arrive until after 4:30pm on the date of the show (which starts at 7:30pm)
4:40pm we still did not have our tickets but did find an email asking if we had. Lots of logins to be done to received "transferred" tickets.
Everything went ok, but there must be a way to receive the tickets prior to the day of the show.
I have purchased from Stubhub previously and had tickets early to know that I would in fact receive the tickets.”
“The replacement, after my seats were deemed unavailable the day before the match, was a good situation—good seats. But I hate that I had flights and hotel arrangements in the works when Stub Hub told me, “no seats but you can get your money back.” That was a horrible feeling!!”
