It was good to have the parking pass but I’m unable to add my vehicle information and it caused some delay going in and out of the parking garage.

Bought the tickets many months before the concert, and 2 days prior to the event my order was no longer available on my account. I spent the whole weekend phoning and although the agents were helpful I only got the tickets 3 hours prior to the show. The new tickets was not the one I had originally. It was not a very pleasant experience as I had given up of receiving the tickets.

I did not receive the tickets I ordered. Stubhub gave me replacement tickets but did not gave me a choice of seats. Seats were not as great.

Game Tickets were great, Mobile phone tickets were somewhat difficult to access. Spent an hour on the phone figuring it out. Parking tickets were not able to be scanned at the parking garage. The e ticket that I printed out could not be read by the scanner at the facility 0as to big nd my phone could not be read either. Had to call the parking garage help number to get out, very un-satisfied with the parking purchase.

The Stubhub process was good -- I got a ticket I wanted at a good price. Retrieving my ticket from AXS was very difficult though. I know that's not you, but it was really bad and took multiple efforts over at least 30 minutes to get it. Their app is horrible.

Got parking pass at a discounted price. However, the site is deceptive by not disclosing all fees and taxes upfront. The user should not have to click on a filter- the seller should provide all info upfront in the price. Even Ticketmaster is now doing this.

Getting my tickets was not an easy transition and the emails do not tell you that you had to download another app to transfer the tickets. This was very frustrating standing in line to get into game and not able to access the barcode. Then having to download another app, make an account to transfer the tickets.

Everything was good until I tryed to get the tickets on my phone Kept asking for a code number I got to the chat room who told me there is no code number And 5 minutes after I ended the chat session received a code number your people need better training

Purchasing the tickets was easy, but actually receiving them was way to hard and complicated. Going through AXS and trying to figure out how to download them onto my phone was very complicated, way more than it should be. Please figure out a way to simplify that transaction or I will need to find another way to purchase tickets in the future. Thanks

It was really reasonable price and very fast to purchase my ticket. And I was so really thrilled to watch this game, but the one problem is app. I tried to show my ticket, but the app shows me there is app's bug, and I had to delete cache and turn on ond off several times. Even I deleted app and reinstalled over 4 times. I missed some events before starting the game because it took about 20mins to work the app properly. I have no idea why this happened, but please check the app and make it stable. Except this experience, rest of them are pretty nice.

After bought the ticket there was a specific row and parking space number, but when we tried to find this number while inside the parking building we noticed that only the row number exists, but the specific number of the parking space didn’t exist. So we parked in the first available space.

Purchased tickets for the Phillies @ Red Sox spring training game at JetBlue Park on StubHub—process was easy, delivery quick, no problems there. I’d buy from them again for the purchase side. At the gate, showing the tickets in the StubHub app wasn’t accepted; they required the MLB Ballpark app. I wasn’t informed of this during purchase or in any notifications beforehand, so I had to download it on the spot in bright sun, create an account, and deal with password issues right after setup. It was frustrating and took time. The box office staff was very helpful and issued physical tickets, so we got in , but missed the first inning because of all the issues. So lack of a clear heads-up about needing the MLB app caused unnecessary stress. A simple note in the listing or confirmation about MLB games requiring the Ballpark app would help a lot. Good service otherwise.

THIS purchase went smooth. Got my tickets within minutes of purchasing. Getting into the arena went smooth. Still a little nervous buying from StubHub. Last purchase didn’t go so well. The seller had the tickets still in his Apple wallet so they showed up disabled in my wallet. StubHub reassured me they would fix it or give me replacements. That didn’t happen. A few days before they notified me that I would not get replacements because the seller already released the tickets. I ended up calling the venue and they fixed it. Thought it was important to add this. Buyer beware. I took the chance again because the VENUE was able to make it right.

Twice now I have added parking when buying event ticket. Parking states VIP parking or on property parking. But is a lie. The first time actually parking was twelve blocks away from venue. Second time was a vacant lot with a unusable ticket. But customer support was able to rectify the situation quickly.

Parking was close. Easy to get to the arena but when I got, I could have paid $15 instead of $40. This was disappointing and I will never prepay for parking again

not all that happy. When i got to the parking garage the attendant said that the lot was full. I told him i had a reserved ticket. he looked at it and told me to go ahead and enter the garage to see if i could find a space. Luckily we found one in front of an exit door. Evidently no one checked to see if this garage holds spaces because they evidently don't!

Easy to use but when I got to the venue, the parking lot was full and I had to go to an another lot farther away. The lot cost 5$ as opposed to the $30 plus I paid.

Nothing really. I wish the type of parking was more clearly stated. Also, the price was $13, but at checkout I had to pay $19. Advertise the total price so as to not mislead the customer. Be more transparent about which levels and spaces are to be used on the day in question.

The fees and taxes added to the fees ended up being 1/3 of my ticket prices which seemed fairly high. None of the links worked for me to download my parking pass either which caused quite a headache as I got to the parking lot. The attendee finally just allowed me to park after I showed them my proof of purchase. What was priced as a fairly reasonable parking pass the fees nearly doubled the total costs. The purchasing experience was extremely easy and efficient but I was not impressed with the amount of fees that were added to the transaction. I was not impressed with the functionality of downloading the parking pass as there was zero support to help circumvent or troubleshooting.
