Great process, easy to deal with but wow service fees were 50% of the ticket price.

The concert tickets were delivered in a timely manner. The parking, however, was not. I got the ticket only minutes before arrival. When we pulled into the purchased general parking, the attendant told me I had been scammed and did not have parking. The picture on the email showed a parking place on the side of the road 5 miles away from the venue!!

The play was wonderful, and I was glad to have gotten the tickets for a reasonable price. I wasn't happy that I was given a certain row when I ordered, but I ended up 13 rows further back. I wasn't given any warning before my tickets arrived. I had only gotten the tickets 24 hours before my event, so even if I wanted to change, it was too late.

Or not. Got the tickets after wrestling with customer service who were no help. After over an hour, I realized “pop up” ad blockers were keeping me from receiving my tickets. Why couldn’t the support rep mentioned checking for this problem?

I entered the venue but unfortunately the actual seat I purchased would not sync and allow me entrance to my seat location. I was issued an “extra” ticket at venue box office and was happy to participate in different section entirely.

Location of the tickets was great but we were unable to see or follow the game because the Miami Heat players stood and blocked our view. These seats cost way to much for this experience

Made parking easy. I think the attendant didn’t follow it though because we were at the furtherest parking lot away from stadium. High fees as well.

I didn't like having to wait so long to get the tickets. It was stressful. Finally received them days before the event. The concert was great though.

Everyone at StubHub was so helpful. The only frustrating and disappointing part of the experience, and something first time Bravocon purchasers should be wary of, is that for some reason, the seller did not release the tickets until the last minute, and I didn’t get the tickets until the night before I left, which was nerve wracking, to say the least. More important, because I didn’t have the wristbands in hand, we were unable to sign up for any photo ops with the Bravo celebrities. This was a big deal, and although I did ask StubHub to communicate this to the sellers to see if they would send earlier, there was no resolution to this issue. It really put a ding in the event and did not allow us to enjoy the experience to its fullest.

Got weirdly high taxes and not the right name on the ticket, but thankfully I've been able to attend the concert despite that. But yeah, almost half of the price being made of taxes is just weird and infuriating.

Had trouble trying to upload my tickets. Called StubHub for help, after an hour with them I was directed to call ticket master. Called ticket master and had the same problem, could not upload!!!! Maybe if I wasn't talking to Mastafa and Johnd probably from out of the country I might have been able to upload?!?!? Won't be using StubHub in the future. Sorry.

They refunded my costs for tickets that were not honored. When I purchased the tickets, they did not transfer to my AXS account. The Stubhub site clearly states that they should transfer. I spent 30 minutes each on two chat sessions questioning the non-transfer. While I could “see” the tickets, I wasn’t comfortable with them not being transferred. Both chat agents guaranteed 100% that they were valid and would work. They did not work, as I had suspected. Fortunately, there were similar tickets available at the venue even though the show (Paul McCartney) was “sold out”. I called Fan Protect and connected with a live agent on the phone within 5 minutes. I carried on a conversation with the box office window agent simultaneously with the StubHub agent, took about 40 minutes, ending with me having to purchase “new” tickets, forwarding the receipt, and getting a “pending confirmation” status for a full refund for the Stubhub tickets I purchased. 4 days later the refund was processed. While I’m happy with the end result, there was a lot of work and stress on my end (trying to get into a sold out show I had traveled 7 hours to see, booking a hotel, meals etc). StubHub will most likely be my last resort for future concert tickets. However, the Fan Protect guarantee IS valid and does work…you just have to keep at it.

The directions to get to the parking lot sucked makes me go to waze and is very to start the navigation from. Would be better if it listed an address and was able to put into another map like Google Maps

StubHub was very easy to purchase.. i will definitely purchase again.. I didn’t like the seating once I got to the game .. I wasn’t able to sit in my assign seats.. so it like did I waste my money it was very disappointing and disturbing

Angela can sing,wow.but we had the worst time getting our seats.we never got our original seat so they gave us other tickets.then we had to switch those those tickes.oh lordy then the getting to our new seats my wife fell and almost hurt her head.finally we git seats and we heard some awesome music.OMG.WE'VE never had thst kind of experience.

Tickets to an event were easy to purchase. Had the tickets immediately transferred to me. That was a great experience. However, NEVER buy a parking pass through StubHub. Mine never showed up. Every time I inquired, they said it would show up closer to the event. I finally got through to a person while I was driving to the event. The seller never sent the ticket. They could have told me this way earlier so that I could get a refund. They sent me a new parking pass, which I accepted because I was driving to the event and just assumed it would be an equivalent pass. The spot was a long way from the venue. I ended up going over to Spot Hero and buying another parking pass close to the venue.

The performance was enjoyable. When I bought the ticket, it indicated the Marquis Theater. I inquired at the hotel, but they had no information. The box office informed me that Google had not updated the location. I discovered the show was at a different theater, which caused me to miss 30 minutes of the performance, and my mother's birthday celebration did not proceed as planned. I kindly request that Google update the location, as it is still listed incorrectly on the ticket.
