“Tickets were great but the parking pass was bogus. That was $45 and directed many to a hotel about 4 miles away. The hotel said several folks had come by. The hotel did not have any knowledge of parking in the area. Stub Hub promised a refund when I chatted with the AI. No other way to reach out to them.”

Getting the tickets was a bit of a hassle. I could not download the ticket and had issues logging into Ticketmaster to see the tickets - this process took me close to one hour.
Customer service just told me to keep trying to sign onto Ticketmaster which wasn’t much help.”
“Parking was close and easy. Had difficulty finding the lot. Went to 2 other “red” lots before finding the correct one. Need better maps sent or available withparking passes.”
“3 out of 4 seats purchased were great but one had a disrupted view, which was not advertised in the listing. After contacting customer support, StubHub said they could do nothing because the venue itself doesn’t list that see as having a disrupted view. Very disappointing.”
