“I had an issue because I'm from the Dominican Republic and to see the tickets I have to Install the Stub Hub App, but I couldn't because the App is not available for my country, so you allow me to buy in the website but can't see what I pay for. This is something you have to improve in rhe near future.”

The tickets were advertised as being in the “on deck circle” when in reality they were at the opposite end of the visitors dugout, in the first row with a fairly limited perspective. Many of the other seats in that first row were empty, so I felt like I overpaid for the seats that I got.”
“The Stibhub site was great with actual views from the seats to choose from. However the tickets I received were not the ones I picked out. They put me and my family right behind the sound booth. I tried to return the tickets to get the ones I wanted but they said Ticketmaster had until 230pm on the day of the event to get them sent to me. I was concerned that if I waited til then that if there was another issue I would not have time to sort it out with StubHub and Ticketmaster so I cancelled the transfer back to Ticketmaster as just kept the seats behind the sound booth. While our view was obstructed, it was not as bad as I thought and we ended up being under the canopy in case it rained, so that was good. Wishing I would have splurged for closer seats. Seeing Sean Paul up close is necessary!!! I would have preferred not to have all the nonsense of having to contact StubHub and Ticketmaster and having the anxiety of should I wait for them to correct the issue or just keep the tickets they gave me so me and my family don’t miss the show. It was an uncomfortable situation to be in for several days.”

“I have used you guys many many times. Generally a great experience. Let's face it, you can't get good concert tix from the main ticket retailers. But this was the second time I bought baseball tickets. The first time was for th World Series game. Right before the game, the seller backed out. I did not realize they could do that!! I was panicked! Thankfully, your wonderful customer service rep found even better ones for me, alls well that ends well. This game, when we got up to the ticket person, the tickets would not scan. They read "invalid". I was panicked once again. I had 5 other people with me counting on me. They rerouted me to a special ticket person and she was able to find my purchase and override the error, but that was not pleasant. So, like with most things, there is good and bad. I would not buy anything again that could be purchased on a traditional ticket site. Thanks!”
“Why did the ticket come with a University of Colorado app. I purchased the ticket from Stub Hub. When I accepted the ticket per your instructions, I could not get the ticket because it required a University of Colorado account. Not good”

“StubHub is kind of like the emergency room. You don’t want to be there, the fees can be outrageous, and the waiting is stressful, but they will likely get you what you need. So while I’m happy they exist, like the ER, if I’m using StubHub, something has gone wrong.”
