“While I did receive the tickets I purchased through StubHub in a timely manner and with no entry complications, I find the $100+ service fee OUTRAGEOUS! The tickets were about $265 a piece but to add almost 40% as a “service” fee is usurious.”
“The show was perfect if I could see withe the group in front blocked our view 80% of the show had to watch the big screen which wasn't great. But the music was great! The seats were horribly uncomfortable. I'll never attend another concert there. People stamping g your hand at the entry way were rude. Sand n dirt everywhere ( I had no idea an wore heels!!) The walk from the parking lot to the concert area wasn't pleasant all n all

“I've used the site to sell tickets for years. I've been extremely happy. However, this year the "system" now generates a Recommended filter. This hides my listing until the system decides to recommend it. Some of my listings are better than the ones that are not hidden. Prior years only showed a recommended notation, like the "good" or "awesome" notations. Get this changed back!
I was told today by the tech support team that IF a buyer calls in asking why there aren't more listings, they will instruct the buyer to remove the "Recommended" filter. Get the filters removed; or, at the very least, give a buyer a pop-up letting them know there are more listings.

“Those added fees are way too high, but at the time was the only way to get tickets to a sold put event. $120 fee for 2 tickets already costing over $300 in total is mad wild lol.”
“Process was easy and quick. Very smooth. The transaction fees are crazy. When you are shopping with a set budget and then find out you have to increase your expected costs by 33% that is not right. Show the total cost up front.”

“In the end I ended up with great seats at a fair price. Having said that the process to get there was not ideal.... I used the guest registration and have since been getting lots of emails from stubhub. It seems like the only way to resolve this is to sign up for an account. I also had to setup a ticketmaster app on my phone to try to get the tickets but they ended up being through an email afternall. The fees were also quite high.....”
“Ease of purchase was great but the description wasn't so great. I purchased what I believed was to be VIP club access with the ticket and it was not full VIP access, just allowed into 1 club that was open to the public with an admission price. This part was VERY disappointing and VERY unclear on the website!”
“What did not make me happy was the parking pass I paid for it but apparently that parking lot was occupied by police cars my gps couldn’t even find it. Kept saying you arrived and on top of that it was not by the theater”

“I just have a suggestion. I purchased tickets in the chandelier area at the Midland Theatre in Kansas City. I knew it was in the very top section of the theatre, & that was ok. Maybe your description of that area was supposed to indicate that it was standing area only, no seats. But for someone that doesn’t attend concerts that often, I didn’t realize that. So my husband & I left & didn’t stay for the concert. Just be clearer. The front railing to stand against to watch the performer was full of people & we couldn’t even get a clear view. Just a suggestion to make it clearer. Thanks!”
