“Able to purchase tickets, but did not receive the e-tickets untill I called the day before performance. Got to venue and it was half full...with my wife and I sitting near the very back to the floor-level show goers. We paid an exorbitant amount for seats in a practically empty seating area. For this I was very disappointed.”
“It was my 1st time to use StubHub and I found it very difficult to find and download my ticket. The seller eventually had to send it to me on his own. I have downloaded the app and created an account and if I use it again, I hope it goes easier.”

The main issue was I was unable the use the parking ticket that I pre-paid for $80! The route to the lot was blocked off. I did find parking across from Citifield that literally across the street and it only cost me $40! I you like a refund of the $80 paid for parking that we couldn't use.”
“Good user interface when it comes to searching for tickets and seeing what the views would be like from the seats.
However, when I tried to buy the tickets from the desktop version of Stubhub numerous times, trying different forms of payment (Apple Pay and PayPal), the order did not go through. When I tried the Stubhub app that night, I saw different/higher pricing for the same tickets.
I waited until the next morning. The desktop experience was still not allowing me to complete the purchase, but I was finally able to see consistent pricing between the Stubhub app and the desktop experience. I was able to complete the purchase on the app (using Apple Pay).
However, this entire process took me several hours to complete over the course of two sittings. And the price of these US Open tix seemed to be going up the longer I had to wait to make the purchase. Time is critical when it comes to purchasing tix so there needs to be consistent, working experiences across mobile and desktop.”
“Not very as my tickets did not pop up until 30 minutes before the game. Sure we got them in the email way before time but not able to access them until way late.”
“I got good tickets at a reasonable price. However, the tickets would not come up when I pressed the button for them. A ballpark worker spent quite some time trying to help, then had to have a worker in the office eventually text them to me. We missed the first inning due to this issue.”
“The nay reason I will continue to do business with StubHub is because of the representative who assisted me in getting a ticket to the US Open. I waited 2.5 hours for a ticket to be uploaded which caused me to miss the main match that I wanted to see. Seat Geek appears to be a better option now. If the representative that assisted me can be identified she deserves high evaluation if she treats everyone like she did me. I would personally send her some flowers if I could. She’s the only reason I’m not submitting a dispute with AMEX.”
“Everything on stub hub was ok. Although I paid for a parking pass for the Nebraska Cincinnati game in kansas city, I didn't get to park in said parking area, don't know if they over sold them or what the issue is”
“I bought tickets to Yungblud @ Mission Ballroom. When I purchased the tickets, I received the concert tickets just fine. When I purchased the parking pass for Mission Ballroom parking, I had an issue with it not opening up! All I had was the confirmation code. So we got to the venue & was turned away at the parking garage. When you tried to open the pass it would just hang. I trued this all week & called StubHub customer service. I ended up getting scammed & now have a charge for $399.00 I am fighting with Chase Bank to get it resolved.”
“The ticket purchase was easy, wasn’t thrilled about the high fees. Disappointed in the long lines to get into the venue we arrived at 6:15pm for a 7pm show time and made it into the venue at 7:20 missing 20 minutes of the first act. Horrible system for entey”
“Ease of purchasing the ticket. However since it was our first time going to a cardinals game, it was almost impossible to find the black lot. Directional signs went so far and then disappeared. We wound up in a different lot that turned out to be closer to the stadium. Probably won't purchase a resale for parking unless I know exactly where the lot is and how close it is to the facility.”

“I bought tickets to a WNBA game at the Mandalay Bay, and the accompanying parking ticket was at the Excalibur Parking Garage. A 15-minute walk is not a big deal but in 110-degree Las Vegas heat, I wasn't thrilled with it.”
“I am a first time user. Because the seller had until the day of the concert to release the ticket, I didn't get them until the day before. I had to fly and buy airfare and trust I would actually have the tickets the day of the concert. They did come and wasn't an issue other than it caused me stress. I enjoyed the concert immensely.”
