I had some issues finding my tickets on my phone. I believe the email with the tickets should be sent asap after the tickets are purchased. It was stated that it would be sent close to the day of the event. I think I "worked" about a week to get the tickets into my wallet. I am not a huge user of my Android phone but found the "help" area of your site a bit confounding. It could be my age (72) but I think things ought to be a bit more "step to step" bearing in mind that there are folks out there like me taking this type of ticketing journey for the first or second time. Live Chat was kind of robotic. Email help was a bit better. Telephone help was robotic as well.
